Get ready to punch, sweat and power UP! Mat Box Strength is a high energy fusion of dumbbell shadow boxing, strength and cardio. Whether you're jabbing for fitness or stress relief, this class will leave you feeling strong, sweaty and unstoppable!
Open to all levels however, not suitable during pregnancy.

The balance of Pilates and the gains of a strength workout. Combining a mix of controlled, core-focused mat Pilates exercises with the functional benefits of strength training. This class delivers a full-body workout that tones, strengthens and sculpts.
