I’m New To Pilates — Can Beginners Join?

Absolutely. Our classes are welcoming to all levels, whether you’re brand new to movement or more experienced. Our instructors offer guidance, support and modifications so you can move confidently at your own pace.

What Classes Do You Offer?

We offer a range of movement styles including:

  • Reformer Pilates
  • Reformer Strength Training
  • Reformer Yin
  • Private Sessions

There’s something for every body and every energy level.

What Should I Bring To Class?

Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel and wear comfortable activewear you can move in. Grip socks are great for reformer classes, and all studio equipment is provided.

How Do I Book A Class?

Booking is easy through our online schedule or the Momence app. Simply choose your class, book your spot and show up ready to move.

Do You Offer Intro Offers For New Members?

Yes — we offer introductory options so you can experience the studio, meet our team and try different classes before committing.

Do I Need To Book In Advance?

We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred class, especially for popular sessions.

Can I Do Pilates While Pregnant?

Yes — movement can be incredibly supportive during pregnancy. We recommend speaking with our team so we can help guide you into the right classes. Sol Bod specifically recommends Reformer Flow for many prenatal clients and asks you let instructors know how far along you are.

Can I Attend If I’m Recovering From An Injury?

Depending on your circumstances, yes. Private sessions can be a great option for tailored support, and medical clearance may be required for some injuries.
