Returns and Refunds

We want you to love everything you order from Sol Bod Movement. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).


1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns on full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

The following are not eligible for change of mind returns:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or class credits
  • Items marked as final sale

Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • Is not of acceptable quality (faulty or damaged)
  • Does not match the description or images shown
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@solbodmovement.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault or incorrect item

We will cover return shipping costs for all faulty or incorrect items and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at your election, depending on the nature of the fault.


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@solbodmovement.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return is approved and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges on full-priced items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
  • Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer's expense. We will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

6. Store Credit

  • Where applicable, store credit will be issued as a gift card to your email address.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit.

8. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the ACL.
